Francois de Villiers, was born into paragliding. Since a little boy he was always on a mountain and he still is! He started paragliding at the age of 14 and was hooked on getting high ever since. Francois has been involved in tandem paragliding in Cape Town since 2016. He was part of managing the South African Paragliding team in the 2019 World Championships in Macedonia. After 11 years of paragliding experience Francois decided to start his own paragliding business in Cape Town and turn his dreams into a reality.
Susan is our Operations Manager. She will ensure that everything runs as smooth as possible with your booking and if there are any changes to the weather conditions she will keep you posted. Susan loves being part of the team as she is very much involved in the world of paragliding.
Francois started paragliding in 1995. He is known as Pappa in the paragliding community because of his involvement in paragliding for so many years. Until recently he was working as a Mechanical Engineer but the outdoors were calling. He won the famous yearly Porterville competition twice. He was SA champion in 2006 and represented South Africa in the Paragliding World Championship in Australia in 2007.
Eliot has been working with Francois for many years. He is always happy and full of excitement and positivity on the mountain. He loves to make people feel at ease and to help where he can on landing or take off. He is a loyal worker and very good friend.
